Question about light bulbs.

I'm a brand new member of the list. I have an 88 Audi 90 quattro. I would
like to use some brighter headlights. I saw some on Ebay which are xenon and
claim to be 50% brighter than stock ( 100w/130w). Can I use these? The

that I can use?
