Question about light bulbs.

Your being spoofed.
The bulbs you list are only xenon "enhanced", so to speak.
They are still halogen, with a higher xenon gas content than normal.
If you runn 100/130watt bulbs with just your stock wiring harness, you
will fry your headlight switch.
The main issue as I understand for the B3 90series (88-92), is the
actual flute pattern on the headlight glass. Adding higher wattage bulbs
will only serve to scatter more light and blind oncoming drivers.
You basically have three choices:
1) Buy Euro lights
2) Buy a B4 hood and headlights and retrofit (B4=1993-1995)
3) Add some driving lights under the bumper and aim correctly.
The key here is to increase your light output without blinding oncoming
traffic.
