faulty (?) A4 thermostat

around 450 bills i was informed by my "authorized" service center.  part is
37 sth.  runs around 15 at TPC, but they don't have it in stock.

thanks but no, thanks.

anyone with experience out there?  please pity my poor pockets, give me some
tips, i will remember you in my prayers (what a contageous desease!
everyone is talking God since 20 jan.)
