However - If I was refused service I would never darken that dealerships door
again without a complete change in personnel/attitude. We had that happen here
in Orlando. Worst Audi dealership in the entire southeast - documented! The
suspension was put on at a different Audi dealership and the clueless Master
Mechanic pulled this. He has been replaced now by a very good guy who comes to
our club meetings and shoots the breeze, along with their lead sales guy who
gives us freebees. In two weeks they break ground formally on their new Audi
dealership and have invited the whole club over for a party. One of their main
buyers for this chain belongs to our club and put me on the lead for my
Tornado Red V8 for 5200.00 out the door incl tax and license.
There's safety in numbers - just like this list. Most of us still drive our
cars 85 miles to Melbourne for service...
