Brake Pad Wearage and what Rotors/Pads to Buy

It's possible that the pad wear sensor's connector had come loose or
is not making good electrical contact.  Also it is not uncommon to
have the wear sensor wiring detach from the pad itself.  Before buying
new pads these are worth checking.

Go with slotted instead of cross drilled.  Slotting has all the benefits
of cross drilling, but won't stress crack.  An excellent choice would
be the Ate Powerdiscs with the spiral shaped slotting.  As to pads, if
you don't track your car and want a good street pad, look into Mintex red.
Very low dust, no squeal, and good performance.
