No spark question

Working on URQ that ran fine, pulled the head for the usual exhaust work, 
reassembled, and now no spark.
All mechanical alignments have been triple checked, and are functioning to 
spec.
12 volts to coil pole #15, no spark at coil lead on distributor. Replaced 
coil- no change.
Have 12 volts at distributor Hall connector.
All grounds in place and tight.
The TDC sensor is triggering per spec.
The distributor was removed, but no other ignition components were disturbed.
I know I'm missing something simple, and need another brain pointing me in 
the right direction.
