A6 bumper catching on curb

i work at an audi bodyshop and we have at least 1-2 of
these a week, some being ones we already did before.
the audi service manager told us there was some sort
of kit to add to the cars, but we never saw it and
dont know if it really exists. the newer 528's are the
same way.
