ke to ng conversion

i finally found a suitable car in the scrapyards, a '92 coupe, 2.3 e, it has
the ng engine, only thing is they want £95 for the head assembly, which i
thought was a bit steep, so im tempted to buy the whole engine, so here goes
my questions
ng and nf heads are the big valve variety?
can i bolt my manifolds upto this block?
can i run mechanical cis on this block and whats involved, if anything?
whats the power differences, bhp and torque, between the 2144 ke engine, and
the 2309 ng engine?
this has piston oil squirters, what benefits do they offer?
is it really worth going for the whole engine, or is the head suitable on
its own?
does anyone in the uk know a cheaper source?
