Super torque

there is one alloy block wr in new zealand. i have not seen the car in
person though...

btw, while thinking about replacing the water pump in my ur-quattro, i
wonder if the "150nm + 180 degrees" tightening of the crankshaft damper bolt
(when using the 2079 tool) is allowable practice for the wr engines as it is
for the 20vt's?

this is obviously a great help for me with my rr, when i don't have a torque
wrench capable of 250 or 400nm...

Yup. Supertorque is 142-tooth - used on later MB engines (but don't pay ANY
attention to Audi's VIN break - it's wrong) and on the aluminium engine. So
in theory Paul Smith should have one, since his WR has an aluminium engine.

(IMO that's the real rarity - not the Sport but aluminiun-engine WR
variant.)
