tire/rim size's on 5000

Listers,
I am in the process of buying some nice speedlines rims from a CQ to put on 
my 88 non quattro 5000. The tires on the rims are 215/60/15 and the offset 
of the rims is 37. Will these fit? I have a feeling that they may rub on the 
rear fenders?

Currently I am running 5 spoke ronals from a 93 90 with a offset of 37 and 
195/60/15 with no problems...
