when is a quattro not a quattro?

It could be done. A friend of mine picked up a nearly
new Oldsmobile that was totalled after being in a flood.
He and his wife spent several months taking it apart,
carefully cleaning and drying everything, and putting
it back together. It still has a few minor electrical
glitches and it was a lot of work, but now she has
a new Oldsmobile for a fraction of what they would
have paid at a used car lot.
