Huw,
200tq has a plastic bearing between upper spring support and adjustable cumber
plate. Thin plastic bearing. The question is how to get that room? Can I
compress spring enough with el' chipo spring compressors I have? (most simple
ones). I tried to imagine how it works and I have some doubts.
If I place turning nut at the top coil then I don't have rom for wrench to turn
it. If I turn it over then moving up rod will touch against tower top. But I
did not try though. Just thought.
