ur-s4 T-belt. Need procedure and tips

Heya everyone,
  My new Roommate, Lister Daniel Hussey, needs to do a T-belt on
his 94' S4.  We dont have net access yet at the new place so I'm
posting this for him from work.
  basically wondering what special tools we need or are helpful.
 I've got the Crank Holding tool from the 10v engines but dont
know if this will work on the 20v yet.  Also, what else is
needed.  ANything special to hold the Cams in place?  
  Does anyone have a good write up on this procedure?
