ur-s4 T-belt. Need procedure and tips

I presume it'd be pretty much like the timing belt stuff discussed on Chris 
Miller's 200q20v page:  http://members.aol.com/c1j1miller/index.html   Just 
put timing belt replacement in the search engine and select the first 
result.  Timing Belt is listed down the menu a bit.
