Funny you should mention that.  I have seriously considered 
taking my 4000S automatic to the strip and bracket racing it.
Not enough power to damage anything and just keep it nailed 
to the floor all the way.  The quickest car off the line 
wins.  We used to bracket race a '57 Ford 
automatic in the early 70's and had pretty good luck at it.
Serious drag racing is for RWD American cars, not for 
Audis.
