TQW weird idle solved

Thanks to Dave Head for the oscillation explanation, he was right on the
money - it was the ISV.  However, it wasn't the ISV stuck open, it was the
little 'L' shaped hose underneath it that goes into the back side of the
intake.  Apparently I didn't tighten the bottom hose clamp enough the last
time I cleaned the ISV a few months ago, and under boost it blew back a
smidgen, causing a minor air leak.  Pulled the ISV, cleaned it, tested with
a 9V battery across the contacts to confirm operation, and popped it back
in.  Fired it up and she's smooth as silk again.
