What color is rs2?

The Nogaroblau is not included in the S4 Euro ETKA or microfiche as it
is a special order colour, although a very popular one at that.
ETKA/fiche only lists regular production colours.  IIRC, the colour
was not even listed in the original Euro Brochures, although it was
prominently displayed alongside the Imolagelb car.  Just another Audi
quirk.  The Nogaroblau could not be ordered as a special colour on
other A4 models, but it could be ordered on A6's in Europe, just like
on the S4, as a special colour.  We sold a Nogaroblau A6 to a customer
for a cool US$3K extra...
