What color is rs2?

Nogaro Blue is _not_ a special order color in the US. The only
special order exterior color is Pearl White, and it is an
undocumented color choice that is not present on US S4 brochures.

The only special interior color choices are the "sport" interior
colors with aluminum trim (as opposed to the gray birdseye maple)
and half leather, half Alcantara seats, in either Silver or Blue
Alcantara, and now for 2001, the sport interior cars also have
polished aluminum mirrors.
