The Fiat I-5 is available in the Lancia Lybra and the Lanci Kappa. It
has variable valve timing and variable intake manifold.
There is a Daewoo with a 2.9l diesel.
GM is coming out with an all aluminum DOHC I-5 for it's truck line.
