Testing turbo after run switch?

short answer is no.

long answer is that you need the temp to be around 105 when you cut-off the
motor.  best way is to blank off the front of the radiator, go for a drive
and then switch off...

after run switch? (The fan/2nd h20 pump runs with both wires together, but

doesn't come on after shutting off and testing via bentley.)
