Electrical problem

I just had a similar problem with my '95 90Q and it turned out to be an ignition
switch going bad. Try turning the key back just slightly after you start the car
and see if those electrics don't start working again. Replacing the switch ran
about $30 for a new part and around 1/2 hour to replace it. I've heard stories
about this leading to burned out starters and great expenses if you let it fester.
Let me know if that's the culprit and/or you need any advice on how to replace it.

AC, outside thermometer, left and right blinkers and all wipers were
dead. I have checked all fuses (both boxes) and all fuses are ok.
Any ideas on what may be causing this?
