... I can't say I've heard of the Pony Express ... is it something like the
Silver State classic?

I know of at least one quattro fan here in Northern California who is
interested in doing something like that ... the thing is that at least for
the Silver State classic, the higher speed classes have more stringent
equipment requirements ... I'd bet that a 150MPH class would need full roll
cages and a lot of race-like prep ... but I'll bet you know all about that!

... I know that of all the German cars, the 928 in particular is another one
of my favorites ... but I thought there was another German manufacturer too
... oh yeah, they just make motorcycles, right?  :-)
