Jon,
I still wait for spring compressor from JCWhitney, so I did not start the struts job. Today I got quotes from dealer for those parts you
mentioned: bearings, stop and cover. A bearing costs $46! I wish I could find another source.
I replaced only one big bolt M14x1.5x105 (because of bad thread, $3.50 from dealer) when I changed rear control arms and trailing arm
bushings. Every other bolt and nut were like new. Just used locking compound.
