The last word on tree sap removal

I wouldn't believe this if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. Dry Gas.
I had my car detailed yesterday, which means downpours today, and it
was covered with tree sap. There's still some sap that just couldn't be
removed because it's now imbedded in the paint :-(
The detailer took some Dry Gas and a cotton towel. Just a bit of Dry
Gas on the towel and a very light rub on the sap. 30 seconds later the
sap was gone, and this was hard-as-a-rock dried sap that had been there
for a while.
I had previously tried WD40 and various products listed as bug and tar
removers, even Goo Gone, but nothing worked. Dry Gas was amazing. I'm
off to my local Wal-Mart to pick up a bottle to keep in my trunk.
