quattro radiator woes

All,

The top of the radiator (yes, that fine quality black
plastic) on my '91 80q (120k) has developed a
crack/leak around the gold bolt that is on the top of
it. Has anyone repaired this with any success? I
recently had the local Bosch service center flush the
system and I'm guessing they may have torqued it too
tight.
