A8 stretch Limo spotted!!

saw this on the NJT today..  black A8 stretch Limousine...   NY "T&L" plates, 
orange  reflector stuck to left rear.. (i think all NYC taxi/Limos have this) 
 typical NYC scuffs on the bumpers..   wierd looking..   any NYC listers seen 
it?
