Yes, it is NA, basically you take the motor, balance and blueprint it, lighten rotating assy to achieve very high RPM (8-9000), raise compression to 12 or 13:1, individual butterfly's for each runner, and the stock tube header would probably suffice with a very free flowing exh.
This is a race motor, there is no way you can get that kind of power in a street motor with street gas.
