most likely the screw's o-ring, which is sort of not available.

if it is the thing I am thinking of, sure, why not? it will simply
unscrew all the way out. This is the screw that sticks into the TB and
blocks some of the bypass air channel.
I think some teflon tape on the threads might be enough to get it to
stay in place - and eliminate any air leaking aorund the hardened o-ring
as well. worth a try. a new screw & o-ring should stay in place too.

I did the cis-e upgrade on my 5 cyl coupe, there is extensive
documentation at my web site.
You might want to describe better the screw you are talking about since
the "system" certainly is not in the way of the one I am thinking of.
And, is your car 4 or 5 cyl.?
