Turbo Project Problems

OK I got the donkey nuts to take the car out for a little spin. I
figured out that one source of smoke is a leaky rear coolant flange, thought
I had solved that but it is still dribbling a bit. When it dribbles out
onto the hot stuff it sizzles and smokes a bit, but it doesn't when I'm
driving because temps stay lower.
There is a big oil leak up front somewhere, new camshaft seal so it
shouldn't be that, but I think the new crappy cork valve cover gasket is
leaking, where the red strip has to bridge over the #1 cam bearing. So that
may also be causing the lower oil pressures, but while driving at a constant
speed oil level stays around 3.5bar, acceleration it hits 5bar, and idling
it's around 1bar. Oil temp hasn't risen above 75C yet.
I have boost alright, it's neat feeling and sounds pretty cool, BUT at
.45bar (6.5psi) I am running out of fuel entirely. I checked twice and the
peak function on the digital boost gauge said .45bar, while doing that much
boost the air/fuel gauge went into the red, totally lean, so I have fiddle
with the wastegate arm and lower boost a bit. Also maybe a new fuel pump
and injectors may help, my pump is buzzier than any pump I've ever heard,
it's been that way for years. No knock that I can hear and no ECS light
indicating full retard.
I need to seal up the valve cover plus the rear coolant flange and get
that boost lowered, no need to fry my pistons right away!
Thanks everyone!
