I agree with Javad on all counts.  Every time I
de-construct/reconstruct I get all kinds of crap
burning off.  Coatings cook, oil/penetrating oil cook
off, etc.  I use 5w50 synth. and get 5 bar pegged when
cold 3-3.5 or more driving and about 1.3-1.6 when
idling (depending on how hot the air and engine temps.
are).  When it gets around 1 bar at idle, it's time to
change the oil.  After 5 or so oil changes, my oil no
longer gets black-at all.  It's still light brown and
translucent at 5k miles or more.  Just drive it
already-but don't hammer it-YET.
