2.7T 16x7 Sport Wheels--will they fit?

I've got an 89 200tq with the non-flared fenders, and am trying to see if
these wheels will fit onto my car.  They are from a 2001 A6 with the sport
package, and have 215-55-16's on them.  Any idea what the offset is, etc?
