Blau has nice floormats by Lloyds, but they are also available OEM from your 
dealer for about the same $...
the Lloyds mats are thicker, and the quattro scripting is nice.
almost any aftermarket parts/specialty accessories supplier has the other 
things you seek....but check out 20v.org under the upgrades section for a 
do-it-yourself cupholder that fits in the console..
