q: front bumper from '87 5k will work on a '91 200tq?addendum

The tow hook is on the bumper cover?  Isn't that part of the chassis?  I
haven't looked recently, but if the bumper cover that I'm talking about
wouldn't stay on because the clips were broken off, I'd think that pulling
this same piece by its tow hook could easily result in the same problem.
Remember, though, that I'm a newbie as far as automotives go, so maybe I
didn't explain correctly which part I'm talking about.

Assuming the tow hook issue isn't a deal-breaker here, how critical would it
be for the '91 200tq NOT to have the lower air scoops?
