Plastic piece between Radiator & Engine

it directs air flow to the radiator, and to my mind at least helps keep
rocks and crud out of the radiator area - especially the bottom piece. 
Most type 85's running around, however, long ago lost their cardboard
air guides and there does not seem to be much anecdotal evidence of this
being a problem.
