A/C vents

A/C blows through the center vents a lot more efficiently than the side ones
being closer to the blower and evaporator.  The side vents can be heated
either by radiation from the dash or because your heater valve is not closed
as I think you have previously been advised.

If you have run the system for 15 mins without getting your side vents to
emit cool air, then its the heater valve problem.
