Seeking a 3B or AAN 5 cyl. 20V turbo

My mechanic is look for a wrecked 91-200 20v, an urS4, or urS6.  He
wants a 3B, AAN 5 cyl. 20V turbo so he can do a transplant.  If you know
of anything, please let me know.
