try ACETONE for the sticky stuff,DON'T get any on the plastic moldings or
thay will melt!!!
as for the waxing thing above I would use a scratch remover wax thay contain
a light rubing compound and a wax so all you need to do is one application
insted of wax & pollish you just wax.
