I have a full, F96 catalog (3cm thick, hardcover).
The DM.10A is on page 557.  The description is,
"Valve stem seal pliers  - For removing oil seals
from valve stems.  235x80x15mm  0.135 Kg"

I just special ordered a 1/2" drive socket kit from
mytoolstore.com.  When I finished the order, the rep
said, "I'll talk to you in September!"  Note that
mytoolstore.com no longer lists Facom on their
website.
But they are happy to order them for you (through the
afformentioned distributor in Chicago).
