Home powder coating?

So, following the powdercoated oil pan thread, my question is, how good are
the home powdercoating kits that I have seen in various catalogs such as
eastwood?  Are they worth the time?  I usually sandblast all of the parts I
take off the car, and paint them with a ceramic engine paint, but it
requires a lot of care to keep from being chipped during installation.  So
can I buy a kit, and ruin the oven, or do I have to take the parts somewhere
to get a decent job done?
