Hey guys, all I can say is thanks. I know I already have, but since
then I have received numerous kind letters from all of you about my poor 80.
I had to make another folder in my mail program for all the letters, there
are 55+ messages in there and I am trying to respond to each, my fingers are
tired though.
My plan right now is to part the car out, but I'll be keeping the
suspension, lights, wheels, brakes(maybe), and those fun parts. The engine
will go out as a whole or in pieces, whatever I can do. I hope to purchase
a CQ that has already gotten the 20v turbo swap done to it, plus a fresh
paint job. Then I could move over suspension parts, wheels, and the lights,
the brakes are questionable. I went for a quick drive with my new boss
today in his 928, lord that thing is fast. Now that I've gotten a taste of
something that fast I can't even imagine not having a turbo right away,
speed is more addictive than anything I've ever run into, which I shalln't
get into. Hopefully this will work out, but the car is in Canada and I
haven't seen a picture or talked to the owner yet, that happens tomorrow.
Thanks again!
