5000s Headliner/Wiring Harness

My '85 5ks has decided to fall apart.  The headliner
is now sagging to the point where i can hardly see out
of my rear window.  Im sure somebody must know about
this.....whats a quick/sure fix? Also im replacing the
factory head unit with a new sony.  Does anyone know
where i can obtain a wiring harness adaptor? It would
save me the time of splicing about 50 wires together.
