Philips Vision Plus Halogen Bulbs

Just received a pair of H7 Philips Vision Plus halogen bulbs for my 1998 
A4. There is a marked difference with standard H7 bulbs: beam is 
brighter and slightly higher (better focused?). I bought them at 
www.powerbulbs.com in the UK.
