Fog lights without headlights?

remove the relay, jump the two little slots with a short wire with males
on it or a scavenged A/T relay bypass thing.  

one caveat - they won't turn off when you turn your highs on anymore. 
not that you're gonna get flashed with those lights, even in traffic...!
