Turn Off HTML Encoding In Messages

Huw's right.  When you go to reply to an HTML message, in the process of
converting back to plain text there is no way to prefix the previous e-mail
with '>' unless you do it manually...
Most of these messages get the 'X' treatment from my inbox..

A little courtesy won't hurt you....
