First off I'm assuming you're speaking of the 200q20v. I used to run
215/60-15's on my 200; I've recently changed back to 205's from 215's. It
looks nice with the fatter tires, but you may notice a slight decrease in
power. In my case it effected the handling a little as well, but very
slightly, and that might be due to my larger sidewalls. So IMHO, it is
possible to do without damaging anything, but the real question is if you
really want to use them.

P.S. There should be plenty of room for the 215's, my father used to run
225/60-15's on a '85 5kw because it looked better. It's your choice.
