215 on a sedan

Those Kumho's are 215/40's which you do not want.  The overall diameter is
too small and the sidewall will not offer too much protection.  You might as
well run 225/40 Kumho 712's.  I can give you a first hand scoop when I fit
my 225/40's in about 2 weeks.   I just had them fitted at Goss Tire in South
Burlington, the ONLY tire shop that would mount those tires for less than
$30 EACH!  The sidewall is smaller than the 205/45's and so is the rolling
diameter, by 10mm even.  So I'll have to be very careful of bumps and dips.
I recommend you do not purchase 215/40's.

The stock 195/65 14's are 609mm
The 215/40 16" is 578mm
The 225/40 16" is 586mm
The 205/45 16" is 590mm

None should rub with an ET35 rim it seems...
