Speedo fix

My speedos (2 cars, 5kcstq) have an offset problem. I have discovered that
one is high by 4 mph throughout the range and the other is low by about 3
mph throughout the range. It seems the gain (calibration) is dead on, but
the offset (zero) has been moved during their life. Is this easy to fix?
