induction antennae?

Hey all!

Is it possible to put an induction antenna into a rear windshield for a
radio, such as is done for cell phones?

I'm building a car and am at the point where I need to make the decision
of antenna inside the windshield, or something else (I don't want to
puncture the sheet metal). If I tell you this is not for my Quattro, will
you still reply? ? ? Are you curious as to what I'm doing? ? ?
