When he said from, I think he means from that point back, as in not 
including.  You'll see he asks about the downpipe later.

Several folks advertise 3" downpipes for Typ44 cars, and they seem to ask 
about $900 (for just the downpipe).  2Bennett is one place off the top of 
my head.
