215 on a sedan (is the 4kq any different?)

They should, 205 55 r16 would never fit on my car. 
Once you get serious about buying them, find out what
shop you want to use, and make sure they have both
sizes in stock.  Test fit the 215's, and go from
there.  I'm sure the 205 45 16's will fit since they
are thinner, but you really want the 215's if they
fit.
